At I’m Possible Life Coaching Solutions, LLC, we are guided by a passionate and experienced management team—Dr. Saul Ivy and Crystal Ivy, who collectively boast over 60 years of leadership and management expertise.

Crystal Ivy, an Ohio State University graduate with a degree in Sociology, has garnered numerous accolades during her tenure as a sales manager at Kemper Life Insurance Company, including leading her team to the prestigious Hall of Fame. In May 2025, she was celebrated with both the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award and the Global Lifetime Legacy Award for her exceptional volunteer contributions.

Dr. Saul Ivy holds advanced degrees in urban studies and public administration, as well as a doctorate in leadership and organizational behavior. He has played a pivotal role in growing over 20 organizations while serving with the Enterprise Foundation and has also been the Dean at Strayer University in Tampa, Florida.

Together, they offer a wealth of knowledge, commitment, and compassion to every client they support.
